Service Description

Are you someone that wants to share your skill with the world, but want it to look more professional than a phone recording? Don’t want to have to learn all of the ins and outs of video editing and sound recording? You have enough to focus on, so let’s talk. Whether you're a music teacher, chef, or someone that's a master of Excel, the course production service offers a wide range of options. For the 1 hour recording option, I will film your course and send you the files to edit and upload. Alternatively, for the 8 hour production option, I can record your course, you can send all of the details after filming and I can edit in any graphics etc... All the benefits with just a few hours work for you. Usually there is a fixed priced per hour, but there are different price points for different services, so feel free to book a consultation first. We can then iron out the details and you can choose what to do after you have all of the information. All sessions are subject to a non refundable deposit that should be paid to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are subject to availability and a non refundable deposit. Your date will not be secured until the deposit has been paid and has cleared. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email. If you are unable to make the event on the day, please contact me as soon as possible; unfortunately, this will mean that your deposit won't be refunded. In the event that I am unable to make the date, your deposit will remain valid and I will contact you to rearrange for as soon as possible. All times listed are an approximation and we might not need the whole time to get everything we need. Please bear in mind that your payment also includes editing time. Examples of the images, footage, or recording will be sent to you for approval. Editing time will depend on the size of the project. I will aim to get the end results to you within 2-3 weeks as a minimum timeframe. If further edits are required after the initial work has been approved by you, there will be a further editing charge. This price will depend on the edit time and agreed upon and confirmed via email.
